Renton, Washington – September 25, 2015 - Aronson Security Group (ASG) the premier independent provider of risk, resilience, and security solutions announced today that William Plante, Director of ASG Professional Services, will be leaving to start his own consulting company.
“William is actually leaving to become a part of something we started at ASG five years ago,” said Phil Aronson.“ His new company will be joining the Global Security Network of consultants who are collaborating with us to optimize security programs around the world.”
Ed Bacco, CSO of ASG, agrees. “The concept of a Global Security Network delivering enterprise risk services that accelerate the value of security executive’s programs – is one of the most compelling ideas in the industry. William is a part of an exclusive group that understands how to collaborate at this level and we are honored that he would become an advocate for us and the industry.”
“I have been a risk and business continuity consultant and a business owner and led both security risk and business continuity for leading high tech companies,” said Plante. “Working with and for ASG allowed me to expand my appreciation and understanding of the value stream of security. Now my company, Security Performance Group, will be part of the Global Security Network. I will have the privilege of working within a highly skilled and disciplined network of subject matter experts that are changing the way we practice and perform our services.”
Plante will be speaking further on this subject at ASIS in Anaheim, CA, September 28-30 and The Great Conversation in Security, October 12 and 13 in Chantilly, VA.
