ASG Hires CSO to Extend its Services and Value

Renton, Washington – August 19, 2015 - Aronson Security Group (ASG) the premier independent provider of risk, resilience, and security solutions announced today the hiring of Ed Bacco as Chief Security Officer (CSO). Bacco will also lead ASG’s Professional Services Group focusing on risk, threat, and vulnerability. Bacco is the former executive leader of security for and CSO of Secure Gravity. He led the worldwide physical security program for Amazon’s corporate, fulfillment, customer call centers and datacenters.

“ASG continues to advance leadership and innovation in the business value of security,” said Phil Aronson, President of ASG. “As a result we realized, as a risk, resilience, and security solutions provider, we needed to have a fully robust security program aligned with our business and managed by a senior executive who could also act as an advisor to our clients. Ed Bacco will help us extend our internal protocols as well as construct a program that will attract other risk, resilience, and security thought leaders to collaborate on advancing the value of security.”

“In the past, I have led large military, government, and corporate security teams,” said Bacco. “As a result, I know what challenges ASG's clients are facing. I have been challenged with the same issues of adding more value at less cost while mitigating the board level risks that threaten business value. I will now be using that experience to build something unique within the security industry; a 3600 security solutions provider with strong, collaborative partnerships across all segments of the security ecosystem.”
