Situation: Client filled out satisfaction survey and expressed frustration over several issues - stated he would not recommend our Security Services to others. Felt there was a lack of branch and corporate support.
Survey completed on Thursday at 6:39 PM.
Solution: Responsive Management System automatically copied several company individuals on the survey due to the client's negative response to include CEO, Senior VP - National Accounts, Business Unit President, Business Unit VP - Operations, Region Manager and Branch Manager.
