PATCO Speedline

Today, over 38,000 people depend daily on the PATCO Speedline for quick and safe transport. In an effort to maintain increased security measures, The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) asked TRC Security Consultants to provide electronic security system design revisions.

To meet these challenges, DRPA contracted with the Schneider Electric T.A.C. team based in Horsham, Pennsylvania to design and deploy a state-of-the-art Internet Protocol (IP) infrastructure to transmit voice audio and CCTV. After expanding the Speedline IP network coverage, T.A.C. turned their attention to one of their biggest challenges -- finding an intercom solution that would meet their customer's requirements.
