Endura HD Video Security - A Study in ROI

In early 2009, Everest Fabrication Corporation (EFC), upon deciding to relocate to a new 15-building campus, tasked the Director of Corporate Security's Office with researching and proposing for deployment a video security and surveillance system that would meet the demands of our mission-critical operations.

After a period of due diligence, which included discussing requirements and possible solutions with vendors, manufacturers and industry experts; review of current technologies (analog, hybrid, digital); and collaboration with A&Es to develop a system that would fully meet EFC's security needs, the recommendation was made to purchase and install the Pelco Endura HD Network Video Security System with Sarix Megapixel cameras.

In little more than three months of operation, the installation has been an overwhelming success. In addition to criminal deterrence, this choice has delivered solid return on investment figures that not only justify the initial implementation, but begs for its use as EFC continues to expand as well as for use by our subsidiaries and regional offices in order to have a single, comprehensive approach to security.
