"It has always been my vision to produce positive change in the security industry, and none of my achievements has created more change than the ASG Security Summit & Expo. At the 2009 Summit, we had a record number of participants, more support from our vendor partners and alliances than ever before, and an atmosphere of excitement and energy that defies measurement.
Yet, last year's Summit proved to me something I have been seeing for some time now; the Security Industry needs communication. We need to be collaborative, we need to work together, we need to be reminded that we are not alone and the challenges we face are not unique. If there is one thing that is lacking in the Industry today, it is real communication. That is why I have chosen to focus this year's ASG Security Summit & Expo on the theme of The Great Conversation.
