Requesting Service

To request service, please call ASG at (800) 547-9988.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, and for your convenience, you may request service via the phone or via e-mail at: customercare@aronsonsecurity.com. Email requests are processed during normal business hours only.

Priority and Emergency Service is also available at current corresponding rates. Priority and Emergency Service request must be made by contacting our Service Department at (800) 547-9988. Priority or Emergency Service cannot be requested via e-mail.

When requesting service, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • company name
  • contact name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • location address
  • billing address
  • purchase order or work authorization number
  • a detailed description of the problem or situation

This information will assist ASG in processing your request in a timely manner.
