A Hospital Worth the Price

Legacy Health builds a ‘Legacy’ for the Community

Legacy Health SystemAronson Security Group (ASG) is proud to celebrate with the stakeholders in and around Legacy Health System, the opening of the Randall Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
The Oregonian declared the new $226 million dollar Randall Children’s Hospital  to be “worth the price”. The reason: it embraces thought leadership in pediatric healing; specifically, building more space into private, light-filled rooms for whole families as part of the effort to get the kids better sooner and out of the hospital faster.

As well, it will vastly expand the emergency capabilities, as well as provide rare services such as a Level 1 burn and trauma unit. And, as a sign of the times, attention to optimizing the healthcare experience has been a key area of focus. For example: a collaborative association with the Dorenbecher Children’s Hospital at Oregon Health and Science University across the river leverages their bone marrow transplant expertise, while Doernbecher leverages Randall’s rheumatology leadership.

ASG is honored to have been trusted to be a part of the security plan for the facility. ASG assigned a ‘client’ team that included executive account management, project management, on-site implementation support, service management and administrative backend support.
But without the generous support of the community and major donors such as the Robert D. and Marcia H. Randall Charitable Trust as well as $25 million in other donor pledges, this incredible gift to the community would not have been built.

Congratulations Legacy and friends!
