Hayes BobBob Hayes is the Managing Director of the Security Executive Council (SEC).  SEC is a problem-solving research and services organization that involves a wide range of risk management decision makers. Its community includes forward-thinking practitioners, agencies, universities, NGOs, innovative solution providers, media companies and industry groups. Backed by a Faculty of more than 100 successful current and former security executives, the Council creates groundbreaking Collective Knowledge™ research, which is used as an essential foundation for its deliverables. The Council is the eminent voice on organizational risk mitigation leadership.

Hayes has more than 25 years of experience developing security programs and providing corporations security services including eight years as the CSO at Georgia Pacific, and nine years as security operations manager at 3M.  Hayes was one of the first security executives to successfully implement unified management of corporate security, computer security, and business conduct and compliance programs in a Fortune 100 company. His security experience spans the manufacturing, distribution, research and development, and consumer products industries as well as national critical infrastructure organizations.  Additionally, he has more than 10 years of successful law enforcement and training experience in Florida and Michigan.

Bob is a recognized innovator in the security field and was named as one of the 25 Most Influential People in the Security Industry by Security Magazine.  He is a frequent speaker at key industry events, including those produced by The Brookings Institute, International Security Managers Association (ISMA),  Secure World Expo. He is a leading expert on security issues and quoted by such major media outlets as The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. The works of the Council are regularly reported on in the security publications of Security Magazine, Security Technology Executive Magazine, CSO Magazine, Security Review and business diverse business  magazines including Forbes, Harvard Business Review and Corporate Secretary Magazine.

The SEC is leveraging its work and sharing knowledge through established strategic alliances and mutual projects with the Security Industry Association (SIA), International Association of Hospital Safety and Security (IAHSS), Operations Security Professional’s Association (OSPA), International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC), ASIS International and notable universities such as Michigan State University.

Bill Bozeman is president and CEO of PSA Security Network, the world’s largest electronic security cooperative. PSA integrators are responsible for over $2 billion dollars of electronic security and life safety installations.

Mr. Bozeman has over 30 years of experience in the security systems integration business and has a successful track record in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He has served as president of Delta Audio-Visual Security, president of Dictograph Alarm Systems Inc, president of Delta Countermeasures, and vice president of strategic alliances for Pinkerton Systems Integration.  Mr. Bozeman is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and qualified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society for Industrial Security in 1997. In addition, Mr. Bozeman holds Level III certification in Homeland Security.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bozeman has directed sophisticated electronic security projects for corporate America, the U.S. government, and private institutions. In 2005, he was inducted into the Security Integration Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement award that recognizes those individuals whose distinguished careers have helped shape the electronic security industry. In 2006, Mr. Bozeman was recognized as one of the security industry’s 25 Most Influential Security Executives.

Mr. Bozeman currently serves on the board of Integrator Support, Northland Controls, The Security Industry Association (SIA) and SureView Systems. He also serves on the advisory board of Security Systems News and Security Sales and Integration.
